Cover image for Three blogs, a cover for

Three blogs, a cover for every post. I design and run the blogs for TasteOS, pirch and tab, and each one looks like its own product. TasteOS paints its mascot into every scene. pirch gives each post one small object and publishes original research with its sources. tab pairs practical notes for freelancers with art that never repeats a medium. Most

A rulebook, not a template. Most startup marketing is one template on repeat. For tab, our freelance time tracker, we wrote rules instead, and every poster has to follow all of them: The logo leads. tab doesn't have one logo, it has thirty-three. The screen is real. A poster is a promise, so the product has to keep it. Never the same look twice. Only say what's true this week. Every poster gets its own landing page, built from the same art, with a real clock you can start right there. Every link is tagged, so we know which room people walked in from. Fourteen posters so far, no two alike. Watch the tour above. Follow along: Tab Work on Instagram and Facebook, Tab on LinkedIn, or try it free at tabwork.app (http://tabwork.app)

Cover image for One-Tap Time Tracking and Invoicing for Freelancers

ux note 01: one tap. i've been designing and building my own product on the side. it's called tab, a clock for freelancers that turns your hours into an invoice your client actually pays. the rule i kept coming back to: starting the clock should take less effort than forgetting to. so it's one tap. no project picker, no forms, no "what are you working on?" pop-up. tap the client, the clock runs. tap again, it stops. everything else (notes, links to the work, the invoice) can wait until later. the start can't. it's free and in beta, so if you bill by the hour, i'd love to know what feels off. tabwork.app

Nine marks, one designer: the logos behind my products and clients. Every brand here started with the same question: what's the one thing it has to say at a glance? A hand that points to what's next (Brady UX). Twin palms over the water for a 55+ community (Colonial Colony). A wave rising through the H like a beacon (VitalHaven). A pin that drops where a memory lives (Dropat). Four colored layers stacked behind tab, because your hours stack up. Each one is shown on the background it was designed for, because a logo is only as good as where it lands.

out loud: a course that interviews you back. most AI courses teach tools. out loud teaches the part people actually get stuck on: working with it. you talk through your idea and get interviewed, argue scope down to one small version, direct one task at a time, and judge the result like an owner. every answer you give becomes your plan, so the course is built around your idea, not a sample project. the live app at the end is the proof. six modules, self-paced, guided by a version of me. you'll need a claude plan (about $20/mo). shown with a sample idea. outloud.bradyux.co

Cover image for ux note 02: the work

ux note 02: the work receipt. the moment freelancers dread isn't the work, it's the invoice and the "what was this for?" that follows. so tab sends your client a work receipt first: the week's hours with links to the real work. no screenshots, no spyware. they tap "looks right," you close the tab, and it becomes an invoice they pay by card or bank. designing the trust step before the money step changes how the whole thing feels. tabwork.app

Cover image for ux note 03: the whole

ux note 03: the whole flow, on every screen. tab is one loop: start the clock, send your client the week, close the tab, get paid. then see what the work actually paid you per hour. i designed every step to work the same on a laptop and a phone, because freelancers start timers at their desk and check what's owed from the couch. four screens, one idea: the money step should never be a surprise. free in beta. tabwork.app

Cover image for Designing an AI job match

Designing an AI job match you can actually trust: every result explains itself. A match score on its own is just a number. In pirch every result shows its work: why it fits you, the heads-up worth knowing before you apply, and a "bridge" note on how to close the one gap the role exposes. The link has been checked so you're not applying to a dead posting, and you still decide and apply yourself. Sample candidate shown. https://pirchjobs.com

pirch: an AI job hunter that reads hundreds of live listings, checks every link, and hands you the few that actually fit, each with why it fits and a cover letter to start from. You still apply yourself. Live on the web and the iPhone App Store. (Sample candidate shown.) https://pirchjobs.com

Same screen, one decision: what "with the thought" looks like. On my studio site there's a small demo. A new workspace asks for everything at once: nine equally weighted settings, and the thing you came to do is buried in the middle. Flip it to "with the thought" and inviting your team becomes the one clear next step, with the other settings still there when you need them. It's the whole job in one toggle. https://bradyux.com
