Specializing in helping first-time buyers navigate the homebuying process with confidence, Aryam brings a bilingual, client-first approach to one of the most important financial decisions of his clients' lives. When I came on board in early March 2026, Aryam had no social media presence at all â I built his Instagram, Facebook, and additional platform accounts from the ground up. My Role đ˛ Set up and launched all social media accounts from zero Developed a bilingual (English a:nd Spanish) content strategy targeting first-time homebuyers across the greater Orlando market Built and managed the full content calendar across Instagram and Facebook Produced all content assets independently: static posts, educational carousels, and Reels Wrote all copy, hooks, and captions in both English and Spanish tailored to a B2C real estate audience Created educational first-time buyer content to position Aryam as a trusted local market expert Monitored performance weekly and refined strategy based on engagement and reach data Aligned content with both brand awareness and lead generation goals Results âď¸ In the first month: Built a fully active, publishing social media presence across platforms from absolute zero Grew Facebook to 66 followers organically in the first month Grew Instagram to 14 followers with consistent educational content Fast forward 2.5 months: Grew Instagram from 0 to 39 followers Grew Facebook from 0 to 78 followers Achieved Instagram engagement rate of 25.65% (vs. 1â5% industry average for real estate) Achieved Facebook engagement rate of 22.4% Top-performing Reel reached 240 organic accounts Generated 160 Facebook interactions in a single day

The brand merges a hands-on DIY spirit with pro-grade components â helping everyday people turn cluttered spaces into their dream closets without hiring a contractor. When I came on board in mid-March 2026, the brand had 14 Instagram followers and 12 Facebook followers â and virtually no social media presence, content strategy, or posting cadence in place. My Role đ˛ Built the full social media strategy from the ground up across Instagram and Facebook Developed and managed a structured content calendar and consistent posting schedule Produced all content assets independently: static posts, educational carousels, and Reels Wrote all copy â hooks, captions, and CTAs â tailored to a B2C home organization and DIY audience Identified and applied platform best practices for short-form video (Reels) to maximize organic reach Launched and managed paid Facebook ad campaigns beginning late April to accelerate audience growth Monitored weekly performance and delivered monthly analytics breakdowns with actionable recommendations Continuously refined content strategy based on engagement data, reach trends, and top-performing formats Results âď¸ In the first month: Gained 2x more new followers than in the previous 3 months combined Generated 4x more interactions than the prior month Doubled the engagement rate by optimizing content format and posting cadence Established the brand's first consistent social media presence from zero From launch to today (10 weeks of management): Results âď¸ In the first month: 2x more new followers than in the previous 3 months combined 4x the number of interactions than the previous month Doubled the engagement rate Fast forward 10 weeks: Grew Instagram followers from 14 to 54 Grew Facebook followers from 12 to 156 Expanded combined audience from 26 to 210 followers Instagram engagement rate of 26.1% far exceeds the home & lifestyle industry average of 3â5%, reflecting a highly engaged audience built through strategic, niche-specific content Top-performing Reel reached 217 organic accounts in a single day â without any paid promotion Facebook paid campaigns launched in late April drove the account from ~20 to 156 followers in under 3 weeks, demonstrating strong ad-to-follow conversion Content mix spans static posts, multi-slide educational carousels, and short-form Reels â all produced independently from concept to publish

Closir is a UK-based investor relations SaaS platform with enterprise clients including Coca-Cola, Santander, Itau, and Orange. When I came in, LinkedIn was managed as a side project and their long-form video content was sitting unused. They had a real business but no marketing function. I built a five-pillar LinkedIn content strategy aligned to their three core buyer segments, wrote a 16-post content calendar with hooks, body copy, and CTAs ready to publish, and set up a Google Sheets performance tracker to measure post-level engagement and follower growth. I also produced a short-form video clip library from their existing investor interview footage, edited for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts using Opus Clips and CapCut. The result was a marketing function that runs without the founders driving every post.

Nomedic is a pre-seed healthtech startup serving international travelers and digital nomads. Before I came in, there was no pixel, no tracking system, no ad infrastructure, and no creative library. They could not spend on paid acquisition with any confidence because they had no way to know what was working. I installed and verified the Meta Pixel and all conversion events end to end, set up GA4 event mapping, wrote full UTM convention documentation so every paid and organic source could be attributed cleanly, and built out the Meta Ads Manager campaign structure across multiple audience segments. I also produced the ad creative, including static designs and AI-generated video ads, and ran revision cycles against founder feedback. They went from zero infrastructure to launch-ready paid acquisition in a matter of weeks.

Luz Maria Mack is a mission-driven consultant and creator who needed a YouTube channel built from absolute zero. No existing audience, no content history, no strategy. In the first 28 days after launching with a new content strategy, the channel reached 2,000 views, 53 hours of watch time, and 11 new subscribers, with view growth of 909% compared to the prior period. I led the channel audit, built the content positioning strategy, and optimized the titles and thumbnails to attract the right audience from the first upload. In her words: "Jack did a detailed audit and helped me clearly understand what works and how to align my content with my goals. Lexipol is one of the largest public safety software companies in the United States, serving law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies nationwide. I was brought in to develop and execute the YouTube strategy for Police1, their flagship channel, and provide strategic direction for their sister channels EMS1 and FireRescue1. Over 90 days the channels drove 79,500 views, 1,800 hours of watch time, and 449 new subscribers, with view growth of 26% compared to the prior period. I built the content systems, identified the highest-performing content formats for their audience, and created the roadmap that kept production moving without requiring constant input from their internal team.
