Imagine if your morning coffee did more than wake you up. ✨ We created a simple concept: Sticker Storytelling on Cups, inspired by the baristas at Element Cafe on 17th Ave in Calgary. It evolves the classic Starbucks practice of leaving messages or creatively misspelling names on cups by bringing in the language of social media - :emojis and stickers. Formula: a barista’s expression sticker + a short phrase + some add-ins = a unique message for each guest. Why it works: - Organic reach: fun combos spark UGC. - Emotional connection: personalized notes build loyalty. - Brand recall: a small detail that stands out. Room to grow: - Themed packs for holidays, movies, and local events. - Team packs celebrating long-term baristas. What do you think about turning a disposable cup into a tiny marketing asset?

Motion was used to guide attention, explain content hierarchy, and reinforce brand personality. Solution I designed animations to be purpose-driven, lightweight, and responsive-safe. Scroll animations were tied to layout logic rather than fixed values, ensuring consistency across devices. Motion was introduced progressively, with careful easing and timing to maintain clarity and performance while still delivering a premium, cinematic feel.

I’m focusing on motion timing, hover and reveal effects, and layering animations so the cards feel alive and interactive. I’m tweaking easing, glow effects, and transitions to make the movement feel sharp and energetic, not flat or generic. I’m also testing performance and responsiveness so the animation stays smooth across different screen sizes.
