For Triply, we focused on creating a ride-booking experience that feels simple, fast, and intuitive from the moment a user opens the app. Our team conducted UX research and mapped user journeys to understand how people interact with ride-hailing platforms and where common frustrations occur. Using these insights, we developed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to test and refine the experience before moving into the final UI design.

We handled the complete UI/UX process in Figma, including user research, user journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and interactive prototyping. The focus was on building a clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experience for sensitive healthcare workflows.
