Want more leads from organic social? Stop using just one lead magnet. Most people post content, offer a freebie, and call it a day. The problem? Not everyone in your audience wants the same thing. Say you create content around AI. You offer "100 prompts for better productivity." That'll convert some people, but a big chunk of your audience? They'll scroll right past it. The fix is simple: offer multiple lead magnets. A custom GPT. A guide on building your first agent. A swipe file. etc. Here's why this works: → More lead magnets = more entry points = more leads → Your offers stay fresh: you're not hammering the same freebie every week → You attract different segments of your audience, not just one type You don't need to build them all at once. Start with two or three, see what converts, then expand from there.

Why are carousels better than reels on Instagram? Well, carousels might not get as many views as a video, however, they make it way easier to sell. "How so?" Calls to action (CTAs) on carousels don't affect reach as much because the first few slides are way more important than the last one. Meaning that you can offer your stuff on every single post. Unlike reels, where CTAs strongly reduce average view time, and therefore, views. So if you want to start making sales and stop chasing vanity metrics, focus on carousels, not reels. This is looking exponential! I've gained over 8k email subscribers in the last 25 days, up from less than 1k per month. The secret? I kept optimizing my flows. Focus on these three things: 1. The content (no traffic = no leads) 2. The CTA: make sure it adds value to your audience 3. Manychat flows (their new feature to DM new followers is great for getting subs) Keep experimenting to maximize results. There's no magic formula, as every audience is different.

My newsletter recommended over 10,000 email subscribers. How did I do this? Only by using Beehiiv's recommendations feature. Here's what this does. When a new subscriber opts in, they get a popup. It shows other newsletters you recommend. Pretty straightforward. You drive traffic to yourself. You also drive traffic to them. Plus, you can earn commission per recommendation. Pretty cool, right?

This small change made me get 100% more emails When offering a lead magnet in exchange for an email, perceived value is key. The more value your audience perceives, the more emails you'll get. What did I change? Simple: instead of saying "Comment 'X' to get [whatever]" I added a book (something tangible) to the equation. I used the same text but showed the character holding a book. Why this works: A book is tangible and psychologically perceived as higher value, even if the actual asset is digital (eg a PDF). The takeaway: Make sure your CTA is well optimized. This is key.
