The magic of LinkedIn ads. Unlike other platforms, ads usually feel salesy, and users scroll right past them. But LinkedIn is different. Since it's more of a "work" platform, people don't mind seeing ads. As long as they come with value and don't feel like a pitch. That's why brands usually pay more to be featured on this platform, also because the audience quality tends to be higher. My take: if your ad doesn't look like an ad at first glance, it will perform. Here's how I (almost) reached 10k followers on LinkedIn 1. Post consistently. The algorithm loves consistency. Grab a schedule and stick to it. 2. Connect, connect, and connect. LinkedIn gives you a limited number of weekly connections. If you're just starting out, I'd suggest spending them all on your ICP or related connections. 3. Optimize your profile. Good profile = more conversions (do this first). If you have any questions, just let me know. Happy to share.

How to do market research (the right way) First, create an excel spreadsheet with some of your competitors. Make sure they are growing at a fast rate, you can do this by using social blade. It's free, btw. Second, check their top-performing content. Make sure it has been posted within the last 2 months or so, otherwise, it won't be as effective. Third, replicate it using your own style. This works for any industry, niche, whatever. You don't have to reinvent the wheel—you just have to copy what works. Otherwise, you're overthinking it. Results speak for themselves.

How to get engagement on LinkedIn ads: Stop sounding salesy. If your post reads like an honest take instead of a pitch, it'll perform better. Keep sentences short. People's attention spans are shot. Hook them line by line. Be entertaining. I'm promoting memelord.com (http://memelord.com) (a meme company) so humor is obvious for me. But you can make serious products entertaining too. The key: ditch generic ads nobody cares about. Use simple words. Don't oversell.
