Built a Coffee Subscription Website with Stripe Automation & Email Marketing System I designed and developed a complete, high-converting subscription e-commerce website and automated customer retention system for MyLittleCoffeeTree, a sustainable tree adoption brand. The primary objective was to build a seamless digital ecosystem. I transformed their basic online presence into a fully automated customer acquisition platform where users can easily understand the adoption program, purchase recurring subscriptions, and instantly enter an automated post-purchase marketing funnel. The Solution Using Hostinger Website Builder, Stripe, Make.com (http://Make.com), and MailerLite, I bridged the gap between web design and marketing automation to eliminate manual administrative work for the client. What I Delivered Full-Stack Web Design: Built and launched the MyLittleCoffeeTree website from scratch, optimized for user experience (UX) and mobile responsiveness. Subscription E-commerce Setup: Created customized pages for Personal, Family, and Partner Tree Adoption plans with integrated Stripe recurring payment gateways. No-Code Workflow Automation: Engineered advanced automated workflows using Make.com (http://Make.com) to instantly sync Stripe customer data with MailerLite upon purchase. Email Marketing Architecture: Set up targeted customer segmentation, created an automated welcome series for new subscribers, and deployed a retention email sequence to reduce churn. Growth & Visibility Strategy: Handled foundational on-page SEO optimization and provided a comprehensive social media content strategy to drive organic traffic. The Impact 100% Automated Onboarding: Eliminated manual data entry by automatically moving purchasers from the checkout page straight into the email onboarding sequence via Make.com (http://Make.com). Scalable Infrastructure: Left the client with a fully self-sustaining subscription model capable of handling thousands of recurring monthly users without system lag.

Transforming a Local Brick-and-Mortar Shop into a Premium Digital Showroom Project Overview Client: Coastal Homewares (Speculative Concept) Role: Web Developer & UI/UX Designer Tech Stack: Lovable, React, Tailwind CSS Project Type: Bespoke Retail Catalog & Local SEO Optimization The Problem: High-Ticket Artisanal Products Lost in a Social Media Feed Coastal Homewares is a beloved physical boutique in Withernsea specializing in premium, hand-carved teak wood sculptures and rustic home decor. Their unique, high-ticket items (ranging from £100 to over £200) were being marketed solely through Facebook updates. While they built an incredibly warm local community, this approach presented major sales limitations: The Chronological Trap: Facebook feeds are chronological. Premium, high-ticket stock like custom teak stags and bears would quickly bury down the feed, making it impossible for new customers to browse active inventory. Friction for Regional Buyers: Customers travel from over an hour and a half away (from cities like Wakefield) to visit the shop. Without a centralized digital catalog, out-of-town buyers had no way to verify stock availability before making the long drive. Perceived Value Disconnect: Low-resolution social media posts failed to showcase the intricate, premium craftsmanship of teak wood, missing out on higher-intent online buyers. The Solution: A Warm, Coastal Digital Showroom To elevate their brand and broaden their regional footprint, I built a highly visual, responsive catalog prototype using Lovable. The design seamlessly merges the warm, welcoming community feel of their physical shop with a high-end digital shopping experience. Key Features Implemented: Artisanal Visual Grid: Developed a clean, modern catalog showcasing their flagship products (such as teak peacocks, bears, and buddhas) with clear pricing and clear calls-to-action to reserve items. "Meet the Regulars" Social Proof Integration: Designed a dedicated community feature spotlighting real photos of happy customers with their purchases, translating their offline local charm directly to the web. Streamlined Reservation Funnel: Built a "Message to Reserve" system. Because these are unique, one-of-a-kind hand-carved pieces, a simple reserve-and-collect workflow is far more effective and less logistically complex than full e-commerce checkout. Local SEO & Location Hub: Created a highly visible "Find Us" section featuring interactive map placement, parking details, and easy-contact coordinates to drive physical foot traffic. The Results & Impact Expanded Regional Footprint: Optimizing the site for search terms like "Bespoke Teak Carvings Yorkshire" and "Hand-carved garden decor Withernsea" allows them to capture high-intent buyers searching Google across the UK. Frictionless Inventory Browsing: Customers can view the entire available range in one click rather than scrolling through months of social media updates. Reduced Drop-Offs: By giving regional visitors a way to quickly inquire and reserve items before they visit, the site directly reduces travel friction and secures high-ticket deposits faster. "I bridge the gap between brick-and-mortar charm and modern web design. For boutique retailers with highly visual, unique stock, I create custom catalogs that build trust, celebrate community, and turn social media viewers into paying local visitors."

Turning Social Media DMs into a High-Converting Booking Funnel Project Overview Client: Stockport Princess Parties (Speculative Concept) Role: AI Web Developer & UX Strategist Tech Stack: Lovable, React, Tailwind CSS Project Type: Web Development & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) The Problem: The "DM-to-Book" Bottleneck Stockport Princess Parties is a highly successful local entertainment service boasting exceptional reviews and a premium, musical-theatre-trained cast. However, despite their premium service, they operated entirely without a central web presence. Their booking process relied heavily on manual coordination through social media DMs, text messages, and a basic Hotmail address. This created several critical business bottlenecks: High Admin Overhead: Hours wasted manually qualifying inquiries, checking calendar availability, and chasing deposits. Leaking Conversions: High-intent parents searching Google for local children's entertainment couldn't find them, resulting in lost organic traffic to competitors. Friction in Trust-Building: Key credentials like DBS checks, public liability insurance, and glowing testimonials were buried in social media bios rather than displayed as trust markers. The Solution: A Magical, Automated Single-Page Hub To eliminate friction and elevate the brand's digital presence, I built a high-converting, mobile-responsive single-page website prototype using Lovable. The goal was to transition them from a manual, message-based workflow to an automated, visual booking engine. Key Features Implemented: Enchanted, Premium Visuals: Used a pastel pink and gold aesthetic designed to appeal to high-end clients seeking premium entertainment. Trust & Safety Section: Prominently featured DBS-checked badges, insurance credentials, and real parent testimonials right below the fold to establish instant authority. Structured Pricing & Packages: Organized their services into clear, card-based pricing packages to pre-qualify leads before they reach out. Embedded Booking & Inquiry System: Replaced messy DM threads with an interactive booking calendar placeholder and a targeted intake form. The Results & Impact Zero-Friction UX: Parents can now view packages, check availability, and request a booking in under 60 seconds on any device. Local SEO Foundation: Designed the page structure to target high-intent local search terms like "Princess parties Stockport" and "Children's entertainer Cheshire". Instant Value Demonstration: By delivering a fully functional prototype before initiating a pitch, the business owner was able to physically interact with the solution, bypassing the friction of traditional, abstract proposals. "I specialize in building rapid, high-fidelity prototypes for local service businesses. By matching modern web automation with high-converting visual design, I help small businesses save hours of administrative work each week."

Stop touching your Meta Ads daily budget. You’re resetting your algorithm to zero. I see e-commerce founders panic-edit their campaigns. They see a minor spike in CPA on Day 2, so they swap out a headline, nudge the age targeting, or adjust the budget by 30%. On Meta, these are significant edits. Every single tweak throws your ad back into the Learning Phase. You are throwing away precious pixel data and forcing the system to start from scratch. The Solution: Respect the 20% rule: If you must adjust budgets, never increase or decrease by more than 20% at a time to avoid a learning reset. The 30-conversion rule: Let your ad set hit 30 conversions or run for 7 days untouched before judging its baseline. Target broad, let creative filter: Don't micro-segment. Consolidate your ad sets and let high-performing hook variations do the targeting for you. Is your ad account stuck in a permanent learning phase? DM me "AUDIT" and let’s consolidate your campaigns for actual liquidity.
