Cover image for Rule №1 of a catchy
Rule №1 of a catchy jingle: add claps, whistles, a children's choir and a rhythmic melody. Rule №2: break rule №1. (NOT) FOR YOU is my entry for @ElevenLabs’ 'The Search for the World's Catchiest Ad'. Let me know if it sticks. The music, sound effects, voice-over and character voice were all generated on ElevenCreative.

Who needs an invitation when you have a little imagination and a lot of fantasy? That's how I got to the CapCut World LA event at the Audrey Irmas Pavilion. The trip was... intense! 🦄 This is my entry for the new Contra × CapCut challenge. My workflow: ① I created the character sheet and the prop sheet for the mushroom, as well as the location sheets for a nature landscape and the Audrey Irmas Pavilion. ② I created still shots using my internal AI image generation tool. ③ I created trippy 2D/3D animated images to use as the opening frames of the videos. ④ I imported all the images into the CapCut Video Studio and used the CapCut AI to animate them. ⑤ I created the music in ElevenLabs/ElevenMusic. ⑥ I edited the videos using DaVinci Resolve.

WARNING: This video contains strong strobe effects. ⚡ I recently watched The Moment, the Charli xcx mockumentary. I really liked the strobing typography layered over the footage, so I tried recreating it for the Contra × @Invideo challenge. Everything was done directly in the new invideo Editor timeline. Although, to be fair, Agent Two did most of the work. I supplied the assets and creative brief, then watched it go. And it did a freaking good job. Not perfect on the first try, but the fixes only needed a conversation in chat. Watch the original effect in The Moment’s official teaser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-LlnenSEF4

DJ LUVABLE 🪩 What does a good booking flow look like for both sides? For the Contra × Lovable challenge, I became DJ Luvable, a wedding and art-venue DJ from a parallel universe, and built his site with Lovable to find out. FOR THE CLIENT ✦ Every package, inclusion and deposit shown upfront ✦ Reels and playlists to check the style before booking ✦ Lulu, a voice assistant built with VAPI, for anyone who'd rather talk than type FOR THE DJ ✦ Availability synced with Google Calendar, so no double bookings ✦ Fewer "quick question" emails ✦ Enquiries that arrive with everything already filled in Also made with AI: two moody reels, two music sets and 3D character illustrations. The (very real) testimonial of the week: “I’m giving him five out of five disco balls! 🪩🪩🪩🪩🪩” The behind-the-scenes footage starts at around 2:00 in the demo video.
