This project highlights my contribution to a performance-driven on-site marketing strategy for Godiva, featured by Salesfire as a case study. Working on user engagement and lead capture strategies, the focus was on enhancing the on-site experience while increasing customer acquisition. Through optimized messaging, timing, and user flow, the implementation successfully improved sign-up rates and overall engagement. The results included a +241% increase in sign-ups and a significant uplift in user opt-ins, demonstrating the impact of a well-executed, data-driven approach to on-site marketing.
