I’ve never been a dedicated football fan— I don’t follow the leagues or support a specific team. Yet, creating motion graphics for football is one of my favourite challenges. Why? Because sports broadcast design is like the Formula 1 of motion graphics. Work done for the Carabao Cup in 2018

These were parody and homage posters inspired by some of the most iconic space and sci-fi movies and made using the art style of Space Crew's game. It was a really fun project, and I truly enjoyed working with the Curve Games team.

Their WhatsApp message made my day. “Hi Nim! Good news first! We had an architects recruitment portal post a vacancy at TOO yesterday… And, thanks to our website, we have a flood of applications. Almost 40 over 2 days… thanks a tonne, we have never received so many applications. The job was well done, and the purpose was served. So thanks a lot for that.” Their primary goal was to attract talent for the work they have lined up in 2026.
