YWP Organization is a modern non-profit web platform built with Laravel 12 and PHP, featuring a public-facing website and a powerful admin management system. I developed dynamic content management functionality for pages, campaigns, blogs, research papers, reports, newsletters, policies, gallery content, and other organizational resources.
The platform also includes a recruitment workflow for “Work with YWP,” allowing the organization to collect and manage applications through the admin panel. I integrated Razorpay to support one-time donations and recurring subscriptions, including payment processing, subscription management, webhooks, donation records, reporting, and cancellation workflows.
Key development work included Laravel backend architecture, Blade-based frontend development, responsive UI with Tailwind CSS, database design, CRUD modules, validation, admin functionality, application settings, payment integration, and production-ready asset management using Vite.
The result is a scalable platform that brings together content management, recruitment, campaigns, publications, digital fundraising, recurring donations, and administrative operations in one system.

YWP is a full-stack web platform designed to manage therapist applications, wellness services, bookings, payments, and administrative operations through a unified system. I contributed to the development of the platform using Laravel and PHP, building both the public-facing website and role-based management portals.

Developed a complete IELTS Test Management System that enables educational organizations to create, manage, conduct, evaluate, and track IELTS examinations through a centralized web platform.
The system supports Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules along with Academic and General Training test types. Administrators can create tests, manage sections and questions, upload audio and reading content, configure test duration, manage students, evaluate submissions, and monitor results.
Built a secure student examination workflow including registration, authentication, test discovery, module and level-based filtering, timed test attempts, question navigation, controlled listening audio, and automatic submission when the test duration expires.
Implemented server-side timer validation to prevent users from manipulating examination time. Added automatic evaluation for objective questions such as Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blanks, and True/False/Not Given, while providing manual evaluation workflows for Writing and Speaking assessments.
Developed result and performance tracking features that allow students to review scores, test history, and progress. Administrators can manage students, tests, questions, submissions, evaluations, and results from dedicated management interfaces.
Also integrated Word and PDF document processing using PHPWord, PDFParser, and DomPDF for importing, parsing, and generating examination content.
Tech Stack: Laravel 12, PHP 8.2+, MySQL, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, Vite, PHPWord, PDFParser, DomPDF, Laravel Authentication, and server-side validation.
