Exploring a more flexible take on the classic kanban layout.
Instead of the usual stiff column system, I’m experimenting with spacing, card emphasis, and interaction states to make it feel lighter and easier to scan.
Goal: less visual noise, more flow.
Still refining but this direction feels right.
