Some projects arrive with a clear vision and a long list of reasons why it can't be delivered. This was one of them.
What looks effortless here was the product of competing opinions, stubborn constraints, and the kind of patient negotiation that never makes it onto a mood board.
Common ground, when you find it, tends to look like it was always obvious.

The brief wasn't about texture. It rarely is at the start.
It was about trust — getting enough of it established early that when the difficult decisions arrived, there was something to build on. Every surface here represents a choice that someone had to be guided toward.
