Cover image for Sreg > try clothes on
Sreg > try clothes on your own photo before you buy An Indonesian fashion marketplace where sellers upload one curated garment photo plus an affiliate link, and buyers virtually try the garment on their own photo before purchasing. Five screens, one clickable buyer flow: home feed → product detail → upload your photo → try-on result → affiliate handoff. HOW I BUILT IT : I drove Flowstep entirely through its MCP server, from Claude Code, I never opened the web editor. The design system lives as a versioned, DESIGN.md (http://DESIGN.md) in my repo: colors, type, spacing, and a list of things the model isn't allowed to invent. One create-new-design call generated all five screens from that file. It took three generations. BUILT WITH : @Flowstep (https://contra.com/company/flowstep) (MCP server + canvas) · Claude Code · FASHN.ai (http://FASHN.ai) for the try-on asset Flowstep: https://app.flowstep.ai/file?activeFileId=b2b938ff-823c-4d30-a28c-81d38b40ca89

I rebuilt the art for my game this week using @Envato AI tools, sprites, background, sound, even the voiceover on my video. The whole look, one toolkit. But the part I actually want to talk about isn't what the AI made. It's what I threw away. The AI gave me a beautiful fire-vent sprite. High contrast, sharp, better than mine by every measure. Then I put 47 of them on the board and couldn't find the target anymore. The number said better. My eyes said broken. So I went back to the plain one. Same with the music. I made a track I genuinely loved, then measured it against my sound effects, found they lived in the same frequencies, and cut it. It would've buried the sounds players need to hear. And the bar the ball rides on? I chose not to generate it at all. It stretches every frame; a sprite would fall apart. Some things are better left as code. The AI @Envato gave me dozens of options, and even the voice telling you this story. What it couldn't do was tell me which ones to keep, or which ones to throw away. 🎮 Daily Thaw — a daily ice balancing puzzle @Envato @Contra

I'm a developer by trade — but Cerita Ayah ("Father's Story") came from somewhere older. It's the kind of Javanese horror my elders told on dark nights, and it's my first book project. This short is its first breath on screen. A daughter remembers the night her father told her a story: a mother on a dark village road whose face turns monstrous in shadow, and human again only where the petromax lamp touches it. Generated shot-by-shot in @renoiseai Canvas with Seedance 2.0 — photoreal references, deep shadow as the rule of the horror, the worst moment in complete silence. Narration voiced with ElevenLabs, then assembled and sound-designed into the final cut.
