I’m back with another automation build, and this one is all about engagement! I realized that standard contact forms just aren't cutting it anymore, so I built a fully automated Lead Generation ScoreCard.
✨ How it works: Instead of a boring "Contact Us" page, the user lands on a custom Landing Page and takes an interactive quiz.
Instant Feedback: They get their personal Score immediately on the screen.
Smart Delivery: Based on that specific score, the system automatically sends them a tailored document straight to their email. 📩

Yooo! 👋 I’ve recently created a new Onboarding Workflow to completely kill the manual grunt work when signing a new client.
Here is how it works: As soon as I mark a new client in Airtable, this automation takes over. It instantly creates :
- the communication channels,
- creates Google Drive folders with auto-generated proposals,
- builds a visual Notion dashboard.
- Finally, it packages all those unique links into one sleek welcome email and sends it to the client automatically.

I wanted to share a solution I built to help businesses get more positive Google Reviews (seriously haha).
The whole process is fully automated. The technician only needs to mark the service as "completed" in the CRM, and the workflow triggers automatically. ⚡
The customer instantly receives an email asking for a rating. If they click a score of 4 or 5, they are automatically directed to the Google Business Profile to leave a review. It’s a great way to get more social proof without any extra manual work!
