If you have a podcast and you’re only posting the full episode, you’re not distributing. You’re archiving.
One episode has 8–15 clips in it. Hot takes. Arguments. One-line lessons. The stuff people actually share.
Full episode = for people who already trust you.
Clips = how strangers find you.
Just cut a batch of short-form from one episode. Captions, pacing, the bits that can stand alone without the rest of the show.
How’d it turn out?

Just wrapped up this promotional piece for a podcasting agency! Handled everything from conceptualization and sound design to final animations.
Tools used: After Effects, Figma, and AI image generation.
How’d it turn out? Would love to hear your thoughts!:
