Salus is a physiotherapy, osteopathy, and craniosacral therapy clinic that didn't have a website. The company they had hired before didn't even manage to finish it.
Talking with Almudena, the owner, I discovered that her biggest problem wasn't just the website: their whole operation was manual. Patient records were on paper, handwritten in pen, and the schedule was kept by hand. That's where I saw I could really help her.
What I built:
Complete website redesign with a modern style, aligned to Almudena's taste.
Online booking system with a payment gateway and an in-clinic payment option.
Client panel: each patient can see their bookings and make new ones directly online.
Gift voucher sales.
Full admin panel: management of each professional's schedule and approval of booking requests without upfront payment.
What she liked most: digitizing patient records from a photo. I recreated the template of their paper records and built a system that reads the photo and fills in the data automatically, to digitize both old and new clients in seconds.
And so it never happens to her again: a form where clients fill in their own record and it gets saved.
I saw the contest two days ago, so I've barely had any time: the project was built in 4 hours and it's already been sold to the client, with whom we'll keep polishing it.
