During my time at McClatchy, I helped launch the company’s first centralized Sponsored Content vertical, designed to unify branded campaigns across 30+ U.S. markets under one cohesive system.
Before this project, sponsored stories lived in silos, each market managed its own content manually, with no shared process or visibility.
I partnered with product, marketing, and ad-ops teams to define structure, workflows, and automation processes. Using Wrike, AdPoint, and HubSpot, I built and documented the operational framework that allowed campaigns to move smoothly from proposal to publication.
This project taught me how powerful the right structure can be when operations, marketing, and creative work as one system, campaigns don’t just run, they scale!

When I joined this project, the goal was simple but massive: coordinate a nationwide Amazon Prime Day campaign across 30 U.S. markets, all launching on the same day, with unified messaging and flawless delivery.
This was a fun project! I took ownership of the project from start to finish, connecting multiple teams (creative, analytics, paid media, product, and others) to turn chaos into structure. I built a centralized workflow, synced deliverables across platforms, and made sure every asset went live on time.

LDM was born with a purpose: to help Spanish-speaking and Latin American communities understand and step confidently into the digital world, no matter their background.
I designed and built the entire site from scratch using WordPress, blending functionality with storytelling. Every page was crafted to feel warm, human, and accessible, a reflection of Panama’s authenticity and the global mindset I want to share with my audience!
