I built Pending to Paid for the Notion Custom Agent Buildathon.
It’s a Notion agent for independent creatives and boutique studios managing fixed-scope client work.
The final 20% of client work is where momentum usually breaks: approvals stall, assets go missing, handoff gets blocked, and invoice follow-up slips.
Pending to Paid reviews a live Notion project page and returns:
• the single blocker
• the real risk level
• the best client-facing follow-up
• the next internal action
The goal was to build something tight, reusable, and realistic — not a broad “AI does everything” tool, but a durable workflow someone could actually keep using across clients.
