Two brothers.
Two very different ways of thinking.
One shared ambition.
When we started building what eventually became Brycto, we quickly realized that our differences weren't something to overcome. They were our greatest advantage.
One of us naturally gravitates toward creativity, storytelling, and artistic direction.
The other is drawn to structure, systems, and analytical problem-solving.
That balance has shaped how we approach visual storytelling, how we work with clients, and how we're building Brycto as a company.
Over the past few years, we've spent most of our time building behind the scenes: refining our craft, improving our processes, growing our team, and helping clients bring their ideas to life.
What we haven't done enough of is share what we're learning along the way.
That's something I'm changing.
From now on, I'll be documenting the realities of building a creative studio: the wins, the mistakes, the lessons, and the thinking behind our work. I'll also share ideas about leadership, systems, visual storytelling, sales, and what it really takes to grow a creative business.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because I've learned that writing forces clearer thinking, and I hope some of those lessons will be useful to others as well.
This is the first step.
