Two Webflow features that made it behave like an app are gone inside seven months. Logic switched off on 27 June 2025, and User Accounts followed on 29 January 2026, taking its APIs and webhooks with it.
The question stopped being which membership tutorial to follow. It became which layer actually enforces access.
Memberstack, Outseta and MemberSpace all check the visitor client-side. Fine for a subscriber-only essay. Not for course video or client deliverables, because hidden and protected aren't the same thing.
Budget for three bills. Webflow Premium plus Memberstack Basic runs about $54 a month before anyone pays you, and at $3,000 MRR roughly $120 leaves in fees.

This project was designed in Webflow for a custom home builder looking for a website that reflects the quality of its work without feeling overly complicated. I kept the overall design simple, modern, and professional, allowing the imagery and craftsmanship to speak for themselves.
One decision that made a big difference was simplifying the navigation and content structure. Instead of long blocks of text, I organized the information into clear sections covering the company's story, building process, project gallery, and warranty support. This makes it much easier for prospective homeowners to understand the business and find what they're looking for.
The finished website gives the company a polished online presence that matches its reputation. It's responsive across all devices, easy to navigate, and designed to build trust with potential clients from the moment they land on the homepage.
