Most DTC brands are leaving money on the table with their mobile layouts. Herbivore Botanicals is already crushing it with nearly $200k in monthly revenue, but even at that scale, their mobile experience is fighting against their own sales. Here is how I redesigned their layout to instantly boost conversions:
Prioritized the 'Mobile Fold': Instead of hiding the buy button under a giant image, I moved the headline and CTA to the top so customers can buy in seconds no scrolling required.
Turned the description into scannable bullets: Mobile users don't read; they scan. I condensed the benefits so they’re understood in a glance.
Pulled trust signals up: I put their 4.7-star rating directly under the header to build instant credibility. Stop making your mobile customers work so hard to give you their money.
P.S. If your mobile conversion rate is stuck under 2%, drop your store link below and I’ll tell you exactly what I’d fix first.

Great breakdown. Did you notice if more people actually finished buying or spent more money once you put the main button at the very top?

I’ve seen this 'Desktop-First' layout kill mobile conversions for brands doing $5k/day and $500k/day alike.
If you’re a founder and you’re unsure if your mobile page is leaking sales, just drop your link below. I’ll personally take a look and give you one thing to fix right now no strings attached.
