Interactive Loan Amortization Planner built in Excel to make loan information easy to understand and adjust. Users can change loan amount, interest rate, term, and extra principal payments while the model automatically calculates monthly payments, total interest, payoff time, and a full payment schedule. I also protected calculated cells to help prevent accidental changes to formulas.
