Hermes AI Agent Internal Tool Built With Vibe Coding
I built an AI-assisted internal tool concept called Hermes Agent to show how AI agents can support business workflows, task handling, and smarter internal operations.
Problem
Many teams want AI support but need a practical interface that feels usable, not just a raw chatbot.

I built a web-based AI agent interface with a clean workflow-focused layout, designed for internal task support and faster business operations.

Speed Is Easy. Clean AI-Assisted Development Is Hard.
AI tools can help developers move fast. They can generate code, write tests, explain errors, and speed up boring tasks.
But speed alone is not enough.
The real challenge is keeping the product clean while using AI. If you accept every suggestion without checking it, the codebase can quickly become bloated, inconsistent, and hard to maintain.
That is why I treat AI like a strong assistant, not the main developer.
I use tools like Claude and Cursor to speed up planning, debugging, refactoring, and implementation. But I still review the logic, check the architecture, and make sure the code fits the product.
Clean AI-assisted development means:
Keeping features simple
Avoiding unnecessary code
Understanding what gets added
Protecting the architecture
Testing before trusting
AI can help us build faster, but good judgment keeps the product healthy.
The best results come when developers use AI with control, not blindly.
That is where real productivity happens.
New project: ALIVE Library - a free, research-grounded reference for design knowledge.
I built it to be the resource I always wanted: short entries that explain the actual mechanism behind a design principle, not just its name. Five themes spanning cognitive science, calm technology, AI interfaces, UX patterns, and tooling: 50 entries at launch, hand-built, no fluff.
It's also the clearest window into how I think about design and the kind of rigor I bring to client work.
The framing here is exactly what most design resources miss. Explaining the mechanism behind a principle, not just labeling it, is what actually changes how someone designs. Calm technology and AI interfaces in the same library is a smart combination right now.
