What started with individual FlutterFlow projects has grown into long-term client relationships, full-stack development work, production apps and projects spanning FlutterFlow, Firebase, Supabase, APIs, payments, AI integrations and custom backend development.
I’m grateful to every client who trusted me with their product and gave me the opportunity to build, solve problems, and keep improving along the way.
A few things I’ve learned:
• Focus on delivering, not just selling. A great project can lead to repeat work and referrals.
• Communicate more than you think you need to. Keeping clients updated builds a lot of trust.
• Set clear expectations from the beginning. Scope, timelines, payments and revisions should be clear before you start.
• Don’t be afraid to charge for your expertise. You’re not just selling hours; you’re selling experience and the ability to solve problems.
• Keep improving your profile and portfolio. Your past work is one of the strongest ways to convince the next client.
Most importantly, start before everything is perfect. Your first project probably won’t look like your tenth, and your tenth probably won’t look like your hundredth.
