The platform connects spa professionals and clients through a personalized booking experience, with features including 24/7 appointment scheduling, online payments, client profiles, intake forms, notifications, gift cards, reporting, and customizable massage preferences.
I focused on building a modern, responsive, and easy-to-use experience that simplifies spa management for businesses while giving clients more control over their massage experience.

Own the Podium manages sports funding for national sports organisations, and the hardest part of the platform wasn't the funding logic — it was that permissions change depending on which stage a file is in. A reviewer can edit in stage 2 and only comment in stage 3.
We modelled access as (role × stage × action) instead of role alone. Boring decision. It's the reason adding a new role or a new stage has never meant touching the access-control code.

The system simplifies complex clinical scheduling by unifying patient booking, practitioner calendar controls, and administrative monitoring into responsive, role-based dashboards.

Patient Booking Flow: Intuitive scheduling interface with real-time slot availability, doctor profile previews, and instant booking confirmation.
Doctor Management Panel: Dedicated practitioner dashboard to manage daily appointment queues, mark sessions complete/canceled, and configure availability windows.
Admin Control Hub: Centralized management system for onboarding verified doctors, monitoring system appointments, and reviewing analytics.
Security & Data Integrity: JWT-based authentication and robust role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure strict data separation between users and practitioners.
