PitchIQ — The Freelancer Performance Dashboard

PitchIQ is a cross-platform freelance performance dashboard that gives you complete visibility into your pitching activity across Contra, Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and beyond. Unlike individual freelance platforms that only show you their own data, PitchIQ tracks everything in one place. No platform will ever show you data from its competitors. PitchIQ does.
What it does:
Proposal Tracker: Log every pitch with platform, client, date, and color-coded status badges. Filter by Won, Lost, Viewed, or Sent. See your full history at a glance.
Client Pipeline: A dynamic Kanban board that moves leads through stages from first contact to close. Every card has a built-in AI Follow-up Draft generator, powered by Claude, that writes a personalized outreach message instantly with one-click clipboard copying.
Income Goal Tracker: Set your monthly income target, log every payment, and watch your real-time financial progress bar fill up.
Performance Insights: See your overall win rate, platform conversion data, and a live 💡 Claude's Tip tailored to your current performance, powered by Anthropic's AI.
How I built it:
I started with a single Bubble AI prompt to generate the app foundation: database structure, pages, and core UI. I then used the Bubble AI Agent iteratively to fix data sources, refine a high-contrast premium dashboard interface, maximize functionality across all 5 pages, and integrate AI-powered follow-up drafts directly into the workflow. Every improvement was deliberate, knowing when to guide the AI and when to take the helm myself.

I'm a freelancer on Contra. I built the tool I wished existed.

ulTRACKare is a responsive healthcare operations dashboard tailored for rural health workers managing high-risk patient volumes, chronic condition tracking, and upcoming care visits. The core architecture uses a strict visual hierarchy that allows medical staff to check high-level operational counts (like active patients and open appointments) instantly at a single glance. Below the main metrics, the platform breaks down priority cases, using specialized, high-visibility alert cards to surface critical cases—such as severe hypertension alerts—ensuring urgent follow-up tasks are never overlooked.
AI Utilization & Execution:
I utilized the Bubble AI app builder as the core foundation for this build by writing a highly structured, tokenized design prompt. The prompt directed the AI to establish a dark-mode user interface complete with frosted container cards, background blurs, and crisp 1px borders. After the AI built the framework, I took the wheel to clear data-type mismatches, clean container content states, and optimize the responsive layout to ensure a good user experience.
