COBRA Administration Tracker
Built and managed a live COBRA administration tracker covering 22 qualifying events across 4 employer clients over a full quarter. Generated election notices within the federally mandated 14-day window, tracked election deadlines by event type (termination, reduced hours, divorce, dependent aging out), and escalated overdue cases directly to HR to prevent compliance penalties. Maintained zero missed notice deadlines across the quarter, with an average notice turnaround of 3.1 days from qualifying event to election notice sent.
