I designed and built a fully custom CRM platform for SenzaBordi, a boutique creative agency that needed a centralized system to manage clients, projects, internal communication, and workflow operations.
The goal was to create a unified workspace tailored to the agency’s internal processes.
The platform includes a modern dashboard interface with project tracking, a Trello-style Kanban system for managing project pipelines, integrated client management, and a Slack-like messaging environment for team collaboration.
The CRM was designed with a strong focus on usability and clarity, using a dark UI system and a component-driven architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
