IMS: Supply Unit is a web application project that I designed in Figma during a three-month internship to streamline inventory tracking and asset management for the Schools Division Office of Balanga City. Serving as the UI/UX Designer, I replaced inefficient paper-based request forms with a centralized digital platform featuring role-based navigation—offering a simple self-service portal for staff to submit requests and an intuitive management dashboard for administrators to process dispenses, monitor real-time stock levels, and automatically generate audit reports.
