💡 The metric most Amazon sellers ignore until it's too late: inventory turnover.
You can have great sales, clean listings, and efficient PPC — and still run out of cash because your money is trapped in products that move too slowly.
I started tracking turnover for every client a while ago and it's become one of the most important numbers I look at every month.

Here's the expanded audit I now run — five standard checks plus one that ties everything together:
Reimbursement Report – unclaimed credits.
Stranded Inventory – unsellable stock.
FBA Fee Preview – dimension mismatches.
Return Reasons by SKU – listing fixes.
Inventory Age – long-term storage risk.
Inventory Turnover by SKU — the one that tells you whether your cash is working or just sitting.
The fix is often simpler than people think: identify the slowest 20% of your catalog, run promotions or liquidate, and move that capital into your best performers. No new products required.

I've helped sellers free up thousands of dollars in working capital by doing exactly this — and it almost always leads to better margins without spending a dollar more on ads.
Which metric outside the usual dashboard do you find most valuable for your business?
