Tumbiora is a modular SaaS platform under development, intended to support different organization types through a shared technical foundation and configurable capabilities. The current focus is reusable website/content management and form-building workflows that can evolve into broader business modules.
Problem & design goal
Organizations frequently need similar foundational capabilities : content pages, media, navigation, data collection, permissions, and workflows; but building a separate application for each client creates unnecessary maintenance and feature drift. Tumbiora explores how these building blocks can be reused without compromising the boundaries between organizations.
Core development areas
- Multi-tenant application structure and tenant-aware data access.
- Modular content management with planned Basic/Advanced capability editions.
- Public pages, media, navigation and SEO-oriented content features.
- Form Builder, form versions, submissions and workflow-oriented processing.
- Tenant-specific module availability and permission-controlled administrative screens.
- Reusable platform architecture designed to allow future industry-specific modules.
My contribution
I worked on product architecture, modular service boundaries, Laravel implementation, shared data structures, permissions, administrator experiences, and plans for safe reuse of capabilities across applications. A primary design constraint is keeping tenant information isolated and avoiding accidental coupling to existing donor applications.
I’d go with Immersive. It feels more engaging and premium, and the deeper color treatment makes the experience feel more like a real destination rather than just a booking page. 👌🔥
What if every new lead could be handled before you even open your inbox? ⚡
This AI-powered workflow turns a new email inquiry into a structured, ready-to-handle lead — automatically.
A new inquiry arrives → AI extracts the important details → Airtable/CRM is updated → the response goes through optional human approval → a personalized email is sent → Notion is updated → the team gets notified in Slack → performance data is collected for reporting.
The goal isn't to remove people from the process. It's to remove the repetitive work around them.
This type of workflow can be customized for B2B companies, SaaS businesses, agencies, real estate, e-commerce, recruitment, consulting, customer support, healthcare, finance, education, and other service businesses.
Already know what you want to automate? → Send me your current workflow and I’ll map out how we can automate it.
Still doing repetitive work manually? → Tell me the task that consumes your team’s time, and I’ll help identify what can be automated.
I'd use the human approval step to capture corrections, not just a yes/no decision. If a reviewer changes the extracted lead details, does the workflow update Airtable and the reporting record before sending the email?
AI Integration for Existing Web Applications
I help businesses integrate AI into their existing web applications to automate workflows, analyze data and documents, build AI assistants, and add intelligent features. I work with Laravel, React/Vue, APIs, and leading AI models to turn existing software into AI-powered business solutions.
