The goal for 99 Studio was to build a sleek, distinctive mark that communicates creativity, structure, and forward-thinking design. We focused on stripping away the unnecessary to create a timeless logo system that performs seamlessly across all platforms.

The two nines sitting flush against each other is what makes this read as one mark rather than a number. Curious how it behaves at favicon size though — do you keep the counters open, or is there a simplified cut for small applications? Tight ligature marks usually live or die right there.
Good eye, Artur! Exactly right—for small applications and favicons, there's a simplified version with adjusted stroke contrast and open counters to keep it sharp down to 16px.
