Project Overview

Designed and developed an interactive Insurance Claims Analytics Dashboard in Power BI to analyze insurance claim performance, customer demographics, policy distribution, claim approval rates, and risk segmentation. The dashboard provides management with a centralized view of key operational metrics and supports data-driven decision-making through interactive visualizations and KPIs.

Business Problem

Insurance companies receive thousands of claims across multiple policy types and regions. Monitoring approvals, claim amounts, customer demographics, and risk categories manually is time-consuming and inefficient.
