Matcha Mood is a self-initiated branding project exploring a contemporary matcha café built around the concept “Find Your Mood.” The goal was to create an identity that feels fresh, social, approachable, and distinctive without relying on predictable Japanese-inspired café aesthetics.
The project began with brand strategy, audience definition, positioning, and creative direction before developing the visual identity. Typography, color, graphic language, photography, materials, and layout were structured into one scalable system.
The identity was then translated into beverage packaging, takeaway cups, menus, posters, social media, storefront signage, café interiors, staff applications, product photography, and lifestyle campaigns. Each touchpoint was designed to maintain consistency while adapting naturally to its context.
The final system positions Matcha Mood as more than a beverage brand—a contemporary café experience designed around matcha, connection, and individual moods.

This is Nice
Late last year I jumped onto a project to help with the branding for Dawn, a company building a product around 24/7 therapy.
One of the concepts I explored was inspired by sunrise, using light and movement to create a sense of calm and clarity.
The logotype would react to the time of day, slowly fading as night drew in.
We ended up keeping a version of the logotype, but I still think this concept could have worked beautifully on the website, changing and reacting as you scrolled.
Even the D logomark followed the same idea, breaking down into segments inspired by a rising sun.
Always fun looking back at the ideas that never quite made it.

A logo can look good and still fail to position a business.
For Prime Systems Advisory, the challenge wasn’t simply creating a new visual identity. The goal was to build a brand that could communicate scale, reliability, and operational expertise, while standing apart in a crowded professional services market.
The solution was a focused brand system built around a distinctive geometric “P” symbol, strong typography, a confident visual language, and applications designed to work across both digital and physical touchpoints.
The identity was designed to make Prime feel like more than another service provider, it positions the business as a strategic infrastructure partner for scalable companies.
Good branding doesn’t just make a business look better.
It makes the business easier to understand, remember, and trust.
