This project changed how I approach prompting.
I took one of my actual Seedance 2.5 prompts and broke it apart. What looked like one detailed prompt was actually several different shots, camera movements, actions, and cinematic directions competing for the model's attention.
So I started treating AI video prompts more like shot direction:
SHOT → SUBJECT → ACTION → ENVIRONMENT → CAMERA → MOTION → LOOK → CONSTRAINTS
In this walkthrough, I show the real process, including how I structure the prompt, generate the scene, identify what isn't working, and refine the instructions.
The lesson is simple:
Don't make the prompt longer. Make the instructions clearer.

What is even timeless work?
Timeless is usually a survival outcome, the Oreo logo didn't survive just because somebody designed it well but also it survived because Oreo has been Oreo for a hundred years and you've seen it since you were an infant. Familiarity did most of the work there.
So I always aim to design for clarity, distinctiveness, the specific market and moment in front of you. What they call "timeless" later is just work that was clear enough to last and a company that did well.
This is such an interesting way to look at “timeless.” We often credit the design for surviving, when sometimes it’s the repeated exposure, consistency, and relevance around it doing the heavy lifting. Maybe timeless isn’t a style at all, but the result of staying clear and recognizable long enough.
