I've tested most of the AI UGC creator apps out there. Here's my ranking:
1. app.makeugc.ai — best output quality, most natural-looking creators, and the editing workflow actually makes sense. This is the one I keep coming back to.
2. Arcads — solid avatar variety and decent lip sync, but the scripts can feel a bit stiff without heavy editing.
3. Creatify — good for quick iterations, falls short on realism when you need something that doesn't scream "AI."
4. Synthesia — polished UI, but the outputs lean corporate. Not ideal if you're making ads that need to feel native to feed.
5. HeyGen — fine for talking-head explainers, less useful for performance creative.
The gap between #1 and the rest is wider than you'd think. Especially when you're producing at volume.

The starting frame vs ending frame.
I generated both frames with Nano Banana 2 and used them as the transition points for the video generation.
