Homz is a Saudi-based home cleaning service app designed to help users easily book professional cleaning services. The main challenge was that many users found it difficult to quickly schedule trusted home services and understand pricing and service options.
To solve this problem, I conducted user and competitor research to understand user needs and common pain points in service booking platforms. Based on the research insights, I created user flows, wireframes, and interaction concepts focused on simplifying the booking process and improving service discovery.
The design focused on a clear service selection process, easy scheduling, transparent pricing, and a smooth checkout experience. I designed the complete mobile interface, including onboarding, service browsing, booking flow, and order tracking using Figma.
