Google opening a local office in Pakistan isn’t just another tech headline.
It’s a signal that Pakistan’s digital economy is becoming too important to ignore.
For Pakistani youth, this can mean more than jobs. It can accelerate access to global technology, AI expertise, developer ecosystems, training, partnerships and new opportunities to build products for both local and international markets.
The bigger opportunity is for businesses too.
As AI, cloud, automation, and modern web technologies become more accessible, Pakistani companies can build faster, reduce operational costs, reach global customers and compete beyond traditional markets.
But opportunity alone isn’t enough.
We need developers who build products, startups that solve real problems and businesses willing to adopt technology, not just talk about it.
Pakistan has the talent. Now we need to turn that talent into scalable technology and global businesses.
