Booking a tattoo shouldn't take more messages than the tattoo takes minutes.

Meet Kreska, a fictional fine-line studio on Ząbkowska in Praga, Warsaw. Ola works alone. When her books open, ~300 Instagram DMs land in two days, and she can't answer any of them with gloves on. Every piece is drawn for one person, so every booking used to start with the same six questions: where, how big, what style, any reference, first tattoo, budget. That's about 7 messages and 3 days before a date, deposits checked by hand in her banking app, and 1 in 6 clients never showing up.

I rebuilt the moment "can I book?" becomes "you're booked":

→ A 3D planner instead of a form. Turn a porcelain figure, click where the tattoo goes, drag it to size, pick a style, drop in a reference, and it becomes the stencil on the body.

→ Time that fits the piece. Placement, size and style set the session length (ribs and spine run slower), so you only see slots with a gap long enough. No "is Tuesday ok?"

→ A 200 zł BLIK deposit holds it. Ola gets the request already answered, with a snapshot of exactly where and how big. One tap approves it.

→ The follow-through runs itself. Prep note 48h before, a "still coming?" text 2h before, aftercare check-ins on days 3, 14 and 90.

→ Cancellations refill themselves. The freed slot goes to the waitlist, matched by duration, and the first deposit takes it.

Ola's studio view counts what she didn't have to do: hours not spent in DMs, bank apps and the notes-app waitlist.

Process: measured ozero.design as the reference → generated a "porcelain bodies" art direction (every healed piece lives on a sculpture) → designed every screen in Figma → built end to end in Lovable on Lovable Cloud (bookings, availability engine, realtime automation log, storage).
