EstateSerenity is a high-performance cross-platform mobile application built to digitize end-to-end PG and co-living operations. It empowers PG owners with automated rent tracking, real-time bed inventory allocation, passwordless 1-tap onboarding, and a privacy-first tenant reputation check system.
The passwordless 1-tap onboarding is the part that makes this read as a real product and not a demo, that friction is where most PG apps lose owners on day one. The tenant reputation check is the piece I would pressure-test hardest, a privacy-first reputation system lives or...
Thanks Jasper! Really glad you liked the 1-tap onboarding approach.
You hit the exact nail on the head regarding reputation systems. Here’s how we tackle disputes and stale flags:
Verified Proof Required: Owners must attach documentary proof (receipts/notices) to leave a flag—no...
Impressive feature set; real-time inventory and passwordless onboarding make property management feel seamless.
Thanks, Delower! Really appreciate it. We wanted to remove as much friction as possible, so passwordless onboarding and real-time inventory became core parts of the experience. Glad those features stood out!
Impressive concept! EstateSerenity looks like a great step toward simplifying PG and co-living management with smart automation. 🚀
Thanks, Marko! Really appreciate the support. The vision is to build a platform that simplifies day-to-day operations for property managers while delivering a smooth experience for tenants. Looking forward to sharing future updates!

Pawline: booking built around the van, for mobile pet groomers
Pawline is a booking system for a small mobile pet grooming business: one van, two groomers, three Austin zones.
Most booking tools treat a mobile groomer like a salon. The real problem is logistics: travel fees by zone, visits with several pets that take different amounts of time, and one van that can't be double-booked.
What it does:
🐾 ZIP check with instant zone travel fees
🐾 Live pricing and visit length for up to 4 pets, including add-ons and setup time
🐾 Only shows time slots the van can actually fit, and respects the owner's blocked time
🐾 Private links so customers can reschedule or cancel without an account
🐾 Owner dashboard with a daily van timeline
🐾 Public demo mode with fictional bookings and hidden customer details
Built for real use: owner-only data access, leaked-password protection, and full end-to-end testing on desktop and mobile.
Try the owner demo: Owner → "Try the demo dashboard"

Designing around travel zones instead of a salon schedule is the right call. The demo mode is a nice touch for people testing it.

✨ Key Features:
Project and task management

I’m currently starting work on an RWA (Real-World Asset) NFT project focused on real estate, in collaboration with a European-based company.
The project will explore how real-world property assets can be represented and managed through blockchain technology. I’m looking forward to working on the Web3, NFT, and real-estate aspects of the project and sharing more as development progresses.
Excited to be building in the RWA space! 🚀
real estate RWAs are one of the few NFT use cases that actually make sense 👀
