a vague headline makes them translate
a crowded hero makes them prioritize
generic claims make them question
hidden details make them hunt
unclear navigation makes them reorient
weak proof makes them hesitate
every small confusion creates a tiny withdrawal from their attention
and most visitors do not run out of interest all at once
they run out of energy gradually
