š° $95,413 in revenue (MTD) ā already tracking ahead vs. last month's $122,592 full-month revenue
š¦ Avg. 1.24 units per order | $34.43 avg. order value
Comparing to the same month last year (85 units / $2,178), this represents a 40x+ YoY growth in units and a 43x growth in revenue ā a testament to the power of consistent optimization, product-market fit, and scaling what works on the Amazon marketplace.
Still ~9 days left in the month, and we're already at 78% of last month's total revenue. š

At the end results matter.
š”Ā The Amazon metric most sellers ignore (until it's too late):
Revenue? Everyone watches it.
PPC spend? Some track it.
Net profit after all fees? Almost nobody checks it weekly.
I sat down with a client last quarter. Revenue looked healthy. Ad spend seemed "manageable." But when we added FBA fees, storage, returns, and PPC together ā actual net profit was less than half what he assumed.

Here's the fix: A simple weekly P&L habit.
š Track these 5 numbers every single week:
Total revenue (not just dashboard, pull reports)
FBA fees + storage costs
Return rate and refund amount
PPC spend vs. organic sales %
Net margin (revenue minus everything)
30 minutes every Friday. That's all it takes.
But it's the difference between "profitable on paper" and "profitable in reality."
Most sellers do this quarterly. By then, the damage is 90 days old and irreversible.
