Built and managed a fully segmented email marketing system in Flodesk for a women’s wellness and coaching brand. Created 7 published workflows, grew the list with active subscribers, and maintained a 39.3% average open rate and 8.3% click rate, both well above industry averages. Designed all email graphics and branded content in Canva. Built segmented lists across 9 audience categories including coaching clients, wellness subscribers, and program members. Also designed the full suite of coaching program marketing materials including service pages, program offerings, and promotional graphics.
