Automated a manual Google Sheets → Slack workflow to eliminate repetitive data entry and give the team instant notifications.
Previously, new data had to be manually checked, processed, and shared across the team — slow and easy to miss. I built a Make.com scenario that:
Watches Google Sheets for new/updated rows
Processes and routes the data through a router based on conditions
Creates corresponding Trello cards for task tracking
Logs processed records back to Google Sheets
Sends real-time Slack notifications so the team is instantly updated
Result: What used to be manual checking and updating is now fully automated — saving hours weekly and removing room for human error.

Here’s an automation I built for an e-commerce business.
The idea is simple: instead of manually checking sales, products, and inventory every day, the workflow pulls everything together and turns it into a business report automatically.
It starts with a scheduled trigger, so the report can run automatically each day.
Then it pulls the business data from Google Sheets and calculates key sales metrics like revenue, orders, units sold, and average order value.
From there, it checks product performance and inventory, so we can see which products are performing and which ones may need attention.
The workflow then brings all of that data together and generates the business report.
I also added an AI step to turn the numbers into useful business insights, rather than just sending a spreadsheet full of figures.
And finally, the completed report is sent straight to the business owner’s inbox.
So the goal here isn’t just to automate reporting.
It’s to give an e-commerce team a clear daily snapshot of what’s happening in the business, without someone having to manually put the report together every morning.

I built this independent AI automation prototype to demonstrate how an administrative quality review process can be streamlined using n8n, OpenAI, Gmail, and Supabase.
Instead of manually receiving emails, checking attachments, reviewing documents for missing information, recording case details, deciding whether a follow-up is required, and writing follow-up emails, the workflow automates these repetitive steps.
The workflow:
Gmail Intake → Document Routing & Extraction → AI Quality Review → Case Record & Decision → Professional Follow-up Email
The AI analyzes the submitted information, identifies missing or inconsistent data, structures the results, and determines whether a follow-up is required. If necessary, it automatically generates a polished follow-up email for the management team.
The goal is simple: reduce hours of repetitive administrative work, speed up the review process, and allow teams to focus on work that actually requires human judgment.
