Every person on your team has a different "user" in their head — and nobody ever says it out loud.
A proto-persona fixes that without needing a research budget or weeks of interviews. It's not research. It's your team's assumptions, written down and agreed on, so everyone designs for the same person instead of five different ones.
Here's how I build one: ask AI to draft it first, strip out anything that sounds like a stereotype, get the team in one room to argue with the draft, then label it clearly as a guess — not a fact.
A proto-persona won't replace research. It'll tell you what to research first.

It works in your browser and uses special technology to make smooth animations.
The studio has a professional look, with a dark theme, orange accents, and a clean, simple design.
This makes it easy for designers to create and animate graphics and export them in a ready-to-use format, such as MP4.
The tool is great for making all sorts of graphics from animated user interfaces to schematics and cinematic sci-fi interfaces.
It uses an animation engine that makes everything look smooth and realistic.
With SINGULARITY, designers can make high-quality motion graphics and HUDs quickly and easily.
My process:
Pen and paper → Figma make → Using Figma make to generate ideas → Prompting it out as perfectly as I can get it to work → Connected to Supabase → Deployed

A week ago, I asked myself a simple question:
How do you actually train your design eye?
As a Webflow & Framer developer, I spend a lot of time implementing design decisions. But I became curious about the thinking behind those decisions and whether my own instincts aligned with experienced designers.
So I built EyeCheck.
A design perception experiment that explores typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, imagery, and visual judgment through a series of challenges.
What surprised me most while building it wasn't which answers people chose.
It was how often they disagreed.
Some decisions reached overwhelming consensus.
Others split almost perfectly down the middle.
And those conversations ended up being far more interesting than finding a "correct" answer.
