Assessed workforce demographics for balanced distribution across education levels, gender, and regions including Kenya and South Africa
Tracked job satisfaction and employee retention influencers by department
Overall workforce performance remained stable, providing foundation for future talent development initiatives
Used Power BI to build KPI cards, trend lines, bar charts, and demographic breakdowns for HR leadership.
Delivered actionable insights to reduce attrition and improve employee experience.
