I worked on wet-season rice research trials involving varietal evaluation, crop performance assessment, seed purification, strip trials, and herbicide evaluation. I collected and recorded agronomic data such as days to maturity and harvest, lodging, 1000-grain weight, panicle length, filled and unfilled grains, grain moisture, and yield. I also compiled and organized the trial results to support comparison of different rice varieties and treatments and to guide agronomic and crop-management decisions. The work involved practical field research, accurate data collection, data entry, and analysis of rice performance under field conditions.
