Delivered a full logistics platform for an on-demand delivery service currently live in production, built end-to-end at Bitstreaks Technology. The platform covers everything from small parcel delivery to full home shifting across multiple vehicle types.
Web Platform: Built a multi-service booking website where customers can book deliveries across vehicle categories — Two-Wheelers (Bike/EV), Three-Wheelers (E-Loader/Auto), Mini Trucks (Tata Ace, Bolero), and Large Commercial Vehicles (10ft/14ft) — with quote generation, pickup/drop location input, and service selection.
User Mobile App: Developed a customer-facing mobile app with order tracking, notifications, wallet, and account management including KYC verification.
Delivery Partner Mobile App: Built a separate driver-facing app for delivery partners with order management, earnings tracking, referral bonus system, and daily order guarantees — operating on a no-commission model. Tech Stack - Laravel · MySQL · REST APIs · React Native · AWS
