For the new client onboarding project I wired a webhook from the CRM into n8n. The workflow uses a Wait node to space out three Gmail messages over four days, logs each send in Google Sheets and pushes a Telegram notification when the series completes. The result is a fully automated welcome sequence that runs without any manual steps, freeing roughly twenty minutes per client. This stack—n8n, Gmail, Google Sheets, Telegram—delivers a reliable, hands‑free onboarding experience for small businesses.

I tested it on my own calendar: the meetings moved, the notes landed, and undo put everything back.
